Booking Retainer
Once your booking contract is signed, we require a $500 retainer to officially reserve your date. This fee is applied toward the administrative and creative work that happens long before the first stem is cut. This includes unlimited:

Communication: Schedule a call, email, or text us whenever a new idea strikes.

Design Evolutions: We'll tweak your proposals and mood boards until they feel like you.

Expert Guidance: Consultations to help you maximize your budget and select the best seasonal florals. We are there with you every step of the way as your vision evolves!
Final Design Consultation
6-8 weeks before your wedding, we'll sit down for our final deep dive. This is where we polish every detail to ensure everything is seamless on the big day.

Finalizing the Design: We'll confirm the final design and counts for bouquets, centerpieces, and installations so that every table looks perfect.

Timeline Coordination: We'll map out exactly where and when we'll be on site to deliver, set-up, and/or strike your installations.

The 50% Milestone: Following the consultation, you'll receive your first 50% invoice. The first payment allows us to order the flowers and supplies from our growers!
Final Balance
Your final balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. Completing this final step means you can officially check "Florist" off your to-do list!

The Design Hand-Off: Once the final payment is cleared, our team begins the intricate process of prepping vessels, finalizing labor schedules, and confirming the exact date and time of flower arrival to ensure every stem is fresh and at their peak beauty for your wedding!

The Last Petal: With the logistics and payments out of the way, you can head into your wedding week knowing every Petal + Stem is accounted for and your floral team is ready to go!
